What type of balcony does it suit?
The bracket for our Bonzer Balcony Bar has been designed to fit most balcony types irrespective of whether you have round, square, metal, wood or brick balcony types. If for whatever reason our balcony bar does not fit your balcony type, please let us know and we will rectify. Please note that the bracket should not rest flush up against a glass panel - we suggest measure first and then contact us so we can assist

What is your warranty?
We have a one year manufacturer warranty starting from the date you receive your order.
Can I buy the bracket alone without the wood?
Yes, with pleasure. Please get in touch and we will make an arrangement for you
What type of wood is used?
Right now we use Jatoba (Brazilian Cherry) which has been specifically selected as its extremely strong, shock resistant, and rot resistant.This suits our Australian conditions beautifully. If you would prefer to source your own wood; we can sell you the bracket alone.
How do i care for my Bonzer Balcony Bar?
- Wipe with a damp cloth and a gentle cleanser and allow to air dry
- Avoid long exposure to extreme temperatures or drastic temperature changes
- Small cracks and fissures may develop with changes in humidity and temperature. This is a natural characteristic of solid wood furniture
- We suggest investing in our waterproof cover which will protect your balcony bar for many years to come

We have been mindful of the harsh outdoor climate especially now more than ever! Bonzer Balcony Bar is built to withstand outdoor conditions with high-quality materials - powder-coated metal brackets, rot-resistent treated timber and all-stainless steel parts. It is designed to resist rust and maintain its good looks outdoors. We do highly recommend that you use one of our weather proof covers when not in use

Australia Shipping
We offer free shipping anywhere in Australia. We deliver using the Interparcel courier network. If a courier is unable to service your location; we will then default to delivering with AusPost.
International Shipping
We do ship to a number of international countries. The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that International orders might incur additional custom charges, depending on local law. This amount would be payable to your local customs, on import.

Handling Times
Please allow 2 working days from the date of order for handling and then an additional 3-5 working days for delivery within Australia and up to 14 working days for international orders.
Returns
We offer 30 days return, no questions asked
If the item is defective then we will cover the cost to return. If your decision to return is simply a change of mind then you will need to incur the cost to return.
